About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking skilled professionals for the position of Relationship Manager - NRI, operating within its Contact Centre Branch, which is a non-branch banking environment. This full-time opportunity is based in Mumbai (Western Line) and Thane (West).
The role is open to both male and female candidates. Male applicants should be prepared for rotational shifts, which include night shifts, while female applicants will have day shifts. Candidates who can join immediately or within a two-month notice period are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Annual CTC can reach up to INR 500,000
- Performance-driven incentives up to INR 25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire NRI customers utilizing targeted campaigns and nurturing relationships to achieve new-to-bank acquisition goals
- Promote initial funding of accounts and recommend pertinent banking products to NRI clients in line with compliance standards
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and support them throughout onboarding and banking procedures
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of sales experience within banking or related non-banking industries
- Sound knowledge of banking regulations and KYC requirements
- Excellent communication and attentive listening skills
- Strong focus on accuracy in documentation and detail orientation
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and systems
- Professionalism in managing customer interactions
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate-level educational qualification.
Additional Information
This position requires commitment to rotational shifts for male candidates and offers a structured day shift schedule for female candidates.
