Role Overview
This position focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while helping customers choose suitable financial products. The role is based in Faridabad and is with Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Look after an existing portfolio of clients, understand their financial requirements, and suggest solutions that fit their needs.
- Spot fresh revenue opportunities by offering additional banking and insurance products such as credit cards and life insurance.
- Work toward or beyond monthly sales goals by driving revenue growth and bringing in new customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and raise overall service satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in banca or direct sales is preferred.
- Working knowledge of banking products, including credit cards and life insurance, is important for the role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are needed to manage customer relationships effectively.
- The candidate should be comfortable working on their own and consistently meeting sales targets with limited supervision.

Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
