Overview
An urgent internship opening is available for an apprenticeship-style program with Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Sambhajinagar. The opportunity is designed for graduates who can commit to a minimum of 6 months and are interested in gaining hands-on exposure in insurance sales and customer engagement.
Compensation
The internship offers a monthly CTC in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 17,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain insurance products and their benefits to potential customers, persuade interested prospects to buy, and collect fresh referrals.
- Visit customers in the field as part of direct outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Work with lapsed policyholders and motivate them to restart their policies.
- Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance offerings.
- Support walk-in customers who want to surrender policies by offering practical alternatives and retention-focused solutions.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be graduates from the 2022 to 2026 passing batches.
