Job Scope and Location
The position based in Ernakulam and nearby branches such as Aluva, Angamaly, and Muvattupuzha involves managing life insurance sales through designated bank branches, specifically partnering with Federal Bank. The role requires coordinating with both bank and company teams to convert leads into policies and catering to walk-in customers interested in life insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from in-branch sources, bank customer databases, and walk-in clients.
- Engage customers by understanding their financial and insurance needs, recommend suitable products, and facilitate product purchase with accurate documentation.
- Develop a strong customer base to enable cross-selling and up-selling opportunities; seek referrals where applicable.
- Ensure sales process completion by managing medical reports and timely issuance of policy documentation.
- Strictly follow company sales procedures and submit required reports promptly.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants should be up to 35 years old.
- Minimum one year experience in life insurance sales, cross-selling insurance, banking, or financial services sales is required.
- Educational qualification is a diploma or degree in any field with a duration of at least three years.
