Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The position involves managing recruitment processes, verifying documentation, and coordinating with various teams. This role operates fully on-site with no sales or fieldwork responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential candidates and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Manage onboarding procedures and ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment records and prepare relevant reports.
- Verify and manage customer and employee documentation ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain policy-related records with confidentiality and precision.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager, Recruitment Manager, Sales Managers, and Advisors for operational updates.
- Provide daily updates and arrange meetings schedules.
- Support the organization of training sessions and branch-related events.
Work Schedule and Additional Details
This role requires working from the office exclusively with a flexible schedule from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The job includes 5 working days per week with weekends off and all government holidays observed. No sales targets or field visits are involved.
