About Away Digital Teams

Away Digital Teams (ADT) has been building dedicated offshore teams since 2016, growing to over 600 professionals across locations in Melbourne, Ho Chi Minh City, and New York. We serve as integral extensions of our clients' teams rather than just vendors, with recruitment, onboarding, and support as our core strengths.

Role Overview

We are expanding our HR and recruitment team and need someone to take full ownership of the initial recruitment stages — from client initiation of a new hire to the successful commencement in the role. This position involves close collaboration with clients to understand requirements, coordination with our recruitment team in Vietnam for candidate sourcing and screening, and conducting second-round interviews to evaluate cultural and communication fit. You will support the client through their interview stages and oversee the process to offer acceptance and onboarding.

Key Duties

  • Serve as the daily main liaison for clients once a role is confirmed, facilitating introductions and maintaining communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions, finalize interview processes, and agree on budgets.
  • Work alongside the Vietnam recruitment team throughout candidate sourcing and screening stages.
  • Lead second-stage interviews to assess candidates' communication abilities and cultural compatibility with clients.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
  • Assist clients during their interview process with shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage offers, contracts, and onboarding to ensure candidates successfully start their roles.
  • Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients as their primary recruitment contact.
