The Recruiting Partner role in the DACH region plays a pivotal role in executing and delivering on the frameworks developed by the Account Management team. The position requires a highly proactive recruitment specialist acting as an internal consultant and expert, designing the optimal user experience and driving revenue through rigorous qualification, client enablement, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically refine client project briefs and carry out comprehensive qualification interviews to select the best freelancer profiles.
  • Create persuasive business proposals and enable clients to confidently engage with the Malt platform independently.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive recruitment execution and close project opportunities, ensuring smooth delivery for Enterprise and SMB clients.
  • Coach top freelancers on optimizing their profiles using Malt's AI matching algorithm and relay frontline product feedback to the engineering team to improve the marketplace experience.

Required Skills and Experience
