Job Overview
Become a vital part of Senior Helpers by contributing to our mission to help seniors comfortably age in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals seeking purposeful work that impacts their community, combining creativity, analytical skills, and a focus on customer service within a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including strategy development, implementation, and oversight of recruitment activities.
- Track recruitment data and analytics to optimize hiring outcomes and maintain thorough recordkeeping.
- Create compelling recruitment content for job postings and other outreach mediums.
- Conduct interviews and maintain clear, consistent communication with applicants.
- Collaborate with supervisors and department managers to identify hiring needs and craft recruitment programs.
- Prescreen applicants to assess qualifications, verify references, and match candidates to job requirements.
- Manage job advertisements through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and communicate orientation requirements to new hires.
- Develop broad recruitment strategies using multiple sourcing techniques, including third-party job boards and industry events.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to inform recruitment decisions.
- Represent Senior Helpers at job fairs, trade shows, conventions, workshops, and other relevant events.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification such as PHR or RACR is advantageous.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant recruiting experience, ideally involving high-volume hiring; healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
- Proficient in recruitment methods, utilizing applicant tracking systems and job boards effectively.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships aimed at delivering quality results.
- Customer service-oriented with experience in fast-paced recruiting environments.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
