Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator based in the United States to manage recruitment processes and engage with candidates. This position supports interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration to ensure a positive hiring experience. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange interview schedules between hiring teams and candidates
Maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout hiring stages
Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment records
Assist with job advertisement postings and candidate sourcing efforts
Provide support for onboarding and recruitment-related administrative tasks
Ensure a seamless and professional interaction for all candidates
