About the Role

Mountain Monk Consulting is seeking a proactive and target-focused Recruiter to join a growing client based in Surat, Gujarat. This full-time, on-site position offers a monthly salary up to ₹18,000 plus incentives. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about connecting with candidates, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and meeting recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for designated job openings.
• Identify and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct initial candidate screening via phone or virtual interviews.
• Liaise between candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Ensure follow-up communications throughout the hiring stages.
• Negotiate offers and manage coordination with selected candidates.
• Ensure timely filling of open positions to meet targets.
• Consistently achieve monthly hiring and joining objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Between zero to two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn; freshers are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to follow up persistently and persuade effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed is advantageous.
• Highly disciplined, responsible, and motivated to learn continuously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly pay ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 along with performance-based incentives.
