Role Overview
As a Recruiter at dopa diamond tools based in Berlin, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle for challenging specialist roles. Your duties include proactive candidate sourcing, collaborating closely with departments to define hiring needs, conducting structured interviews, evaluating candidates thoroughly, and maintaining talent pools for recurring vacancies. You will also ensure that all recruitment processes are efficient, transparent, and of high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle end-to-end recruitment for demanding specialist positions.
- Engage in active sourcing to directly approach suitable candidates.
- Collaborate tightly with relevant departments to understand profile requirements and priorities.
- Conduct structured interviews and provide solid candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pools for roles that commonly reopen.
- Guarantee recruitment processes are efficient, transparent, and maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting, with initial in-house recruiting exposure being advantageous.
- Proven autonomy in filling complex specialist positions.
- Experience and proficiency in active sourcing and candidate outreach.
- Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-focused manner.
- Confident communication with departments and sound decision-making skills.
- Proactive approach combined with strong service orientation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary between 45000 and 55000 EUR gross per year for a 38-hour workweek, adjusted based on qualifications and work experience.
