About the role

Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection assignments from beginning to end.
- Source candidates proactively and use talent attraction strategies.
- Screen resumes and carry out competency-based interviews.
- Prepare evaluation notes and share shortlists with clients.
- Handle multiple openings at the same time while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Keep spreadsheets, metrics, and recruitment process trackers up to date.
- Ensure a thoughtful and human candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Work strategically to identify professionals who best match each opportunity.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Psychology.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Experience managing end-to-end selection processes.
Work schedule
Commercial business hours.
