Role Summary
The Recreation Attendant will be accountable for handling health club and recreation area duties in a prompt, organized, and efficient way.
What You Will Need to Bring
- Previous experience in a comparable position, ideally within a hotel setting.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- A guest-first mindset with a strong commitment to high-quality customer service.
- The ability to deal with guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Basic computer literacy.
