This role centers on Finance and Accounting expertise, specifically in general ledger maintenance, month-end closing activities, journal entries, fixed assets management, lease accounting, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R2R processes ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end close activities including journal entry preparations.
• Handle fixed assets and lease accounting tasks effectively.
• Perform financial reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiencies.
• Leverage SAP and JD Edwards (JDE) platforms for financial operations.
• Apply advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare comprehensive reports.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience of 5 to 8 years in Finance & Accounting, specifically within R2R functions.
• Minimum 3 years serving as a Subject Matter Expert in R2R processes.
• Certified or trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and JD Edwards (JDE) systems.
• Strong command over advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools.
• Excellent accounting knowledge coupled with analytical capabilities.
