About Daddu's Biryani and Role Overview
Become a part of the Daddu's Biryani team, located at Express Zone in Malad East, Mumbai. We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive (female) who will be the welcoming face of our brand. This role involves greeting customers with a smile, explaining our innovative "Taste Before You Choose" concept, offering samples, and assisting customers in selecting from our variety of biryani styles to ensure a delightful experience that encourages repeat visits.
Candidate Profile
- Preferred age range: 20–24 years, though exceptional candidates outside this range are considered.
- Personality traits: friendly, confident, energetic, and well-groomed with a pleasant demeanor.
- Communication skills: proficient in Hindi; knowledge of Marathi and basic English is advantageous.
- Attributes: honest, punctual, and motivated to learn.
