Role Overview
ONE BROKER GROUP is hiring a Real Estate Recruiter for a sister company within the group based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on recruiting talent for real estate agent, sales, and corporate functions in a busy, performance-oriented environment.
Compensation
The offered pay is AED 10,000 to AED 13,000 per month, along with additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents, sales teams, and corporate positions.
- Handle bulk hiring for property consultants and sales professionals.
- Find candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and support salary discussion and negotiation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities together with HR and management.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of talent within the Dubai real estate market.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to real estate hiring in Dubai.
- Prior success hiring real estate brokers, sales agents, and leasing teams.
- Good understanding of recruitment trends in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.
