About the Role
We are recruiting Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors for established construction companies in Dublin, offering hybrid working arrangements. Opportunities exist with a leading fit-out contractor, a reputable consultancy, and a Tier 1 main contractor. Key Responsibilities
- Developing cost plans and managing budgets effectively.
- Overseeing procurement processes and managing subcontractors.
- Preparing valuations and final accounts accurately.
- Creating cost reports and conducting financial forecasts.
- Handling contract variations and related contractual issues.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.
- Experience working within a contracting or consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual procedures.
- Excellent skills in communication and negotiation.
- Legal eligibility to work fully in Ireland.
