Quality Control Analyst (12-Month Agency Contract)

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and data evaluation for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products adhering strictly to timelines and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure laboratory key performance indicators (KPIs) emphasizing 'right first time' principles are consistently met.
• Update QC test methods and procedural documents as necessary to reflect current standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot analytical methods to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab environment.
• Maintain and handle laboratory equipment diligently, promoting proper care and routine upkeep.
• Demonstrate proficiency with analytical techniques and software tools such as LIMS, LabX, UV software, and Empower.
• Support laboratory 6S initiatives and uphold excellent housekeeping standards.
• Prepare scientific documentation including Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIR), protocols, and related reports.
• Review analytical data accurately and assist in project management tasks within the department.
• Conduct training sessions as required to enhance team capabilities.
• This position does not carry supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess an associate degree or college diploma in a relevant scientific field.
• At least one year of experience in a scientific role is essential; prior experience with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is considered advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
