Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure eLearning products—such as web-based training, instructor-led sessions, and mobile courses—meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and functionality. The position involves both manual and fundamental automated testing to validate compliance with various industry and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of eLearning content to verify proper functionality, consistent design, and positive user experience.
• Execute manual and introductory automated testing on WBT, ILT, and mobile learning materials.
• Verify compliance with standards including SCORM, AICC, and accessibility guidelines like WCAG and Section 508.
• Test course compatibility and operation across different Learning Management Systems.
• Log and track issues effectively using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Assist with accessibility testing efforts to ensure inclusiveness of the learning materials.

Additional Information

Work location is onsite at either Pune or Noida with a hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days remote. The role follows working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST. This is a contractual engagement.
