Responsibilities

• Execute the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Inspect civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works to confirm adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
• Supervise construction operations ensuring compliance with quality processes and method statements.
• Identify, log, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assess material approvals, shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements focusing on quality.
• Ensure all testing aligns with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Validate laboratory and field test results for materials such as concrete, steel, soil, waterproofing, and finishes.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and quality reports.
• Participate in internal and assist with external quality audits.
• Monitor subcontractor quality to ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist project handover by completing punch lists and final quality documentation.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and awareness within project teams.
• Adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies during inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Preferred experience includes residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise buildings.
• Background with main contractors is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with construction standards, specifications, and international codes.
• Experience with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and managing IRs, MIRs, NCRs, and material approvals.
