QA / QC Executive

Role Overview

Swetang Engineers is seeking a QA / QC Executive to ensure product quality through diligent inspection and adherence to production standards. The role involves monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining records, and supporting the production team to uphold quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production cycle.
• Verify products align with established quality standards.
• Keep detailed inspection records and generate relevant reports.
• Detect defects and escalate quality concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with production to sustain high product quality.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and implement 5S principles.
• Assist with documentation and process auditing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Male candidates only.
• Willing to work in rotational shift patterns.
• Qualification in any of the following: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics; Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or CIPET; B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering; or other relevant technical credentials.
• Fundamental understanding of quality control or manufacturing processes.
• Strong observational and analytical capabilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
