Python Developer

Job Overview

This role requires a proficient Python developer skilled in modern programming techniques and frameworks. The position emphasizes working with diverse tools and technologies across software development and artificial intelligence domains.

Technical Responsibilities and Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming language.
• Experience working with open source frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as GIT, Jenkins, and Team City.
• Knowledge of databases including relational (RDBMS), NoSQL, or graph databases.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Practical experience with generative AI technologies including fine-tuning models, model distillation, retrieval-augmented generation, and methods like MCP and A2.
• Strong understanding of fundamental artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Exposure to data engineering tasks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell scripting and regular expressions.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Basic proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Aware of containerization and orchestration tools including Docker, Ansible, and Kubernetes, as well as monitoring with Splunk and managing public cloud services.
