Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist procurement by purchasing necessary materials and supplies, researching competitive pricing, and ensuring adherence to purchasing policies.
• Inspect and verify deliveries to confirm accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications before acceptance.
• Fulfill department requisitions by issuing and distributing items while maintaining optimal stock levels and alerting supervisors on shortages.
• Process and verify invoices for accuracy, scan supporting documents, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure timely payments.
• Support inventory management through regular stock counts, updating tracking systems, and flagging any shortages or variances.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations and supply chain practices.
• Strong skills in negotiation and effective communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience using procurement software and related systems.
