Role summary

Key responsibilities

  • Track vendor submittals and coordinate interior designer reviews and approvals while keeping records updated.
  • Refresh expediting reports and monitor vendor freight and deliveries to stay aligned with the project schedule.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and prepare invoice packages for approval.
  • Support furniture reviews, visit manufacturing facilities, and travel when needed.
  • Handle daily email communication, respond quickly to questions, and follow up as required.
