About The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project is a leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit serving LGBTQ+ young people. Through around-the-clock crisis services, the organization connects highly trained counselors with youth who need support, while also delivering research, advocacy, education, and peer support programs that help prevent suicide.
Role Overview
This full-time exempt role supports the Public Training team by keeping the learning management system running smoothly and organizing the day-to-day operations behind training delivery. The position focuses on LMS administration, system configuration, scheduling, user support, reporting, documentation, and process improvement so learners receive accessible and high-quality training experiences.
Location and Work Authorization
This is a remote role for candidates based in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities
The specialist will administer the LMS, support users, manage training schedules, monitor metrics, and help improve the learner experience across public training programs. The role also involves coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and collaborating across teams to keep training systems secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

This role is classified as union, and it sits within the bargaining unit represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA). Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay for this position is $68,640 per year. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage with support for gender affirmation care, mental health resources with virtual and in/out-of-network options, a 403(b) retirement plan with a 3% employer match and three-year vesting, generous paid time off and holidays, an Employee Assistance Program, remote-work flexibility, provided technology, home office setup reimbursement, and a monthly internet stipend.
