Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Provider Enrollment professional to join the team at Altermed RCM. The role requires strong knowledge of provider enrollment operations and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage provider enrollment activities to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Build and maintain working relationships with providers to support a smooth enrollment process.
• Investigate and address data mismatches, enrollment issues, and denial-related problems.
• Work closely with internal teams to suggest and implement process improvements.
• Deliver responsive service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Keep track of industry updates and regulatory changes that affect provider enrollment work.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of provider enrollment procedures and related regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on experience with electronic health records platforms and other healthcare software tools.
• Comfort with deadlines, pressure, and time-sensitive work.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site night-shift position based in Mohali. The role is offered through Altermed RCM and is intended for professionals with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
