Role Overview

eNGINE is looking for a Project Manager who is highly organized, energetic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. This is not a conventional, highly structured project management position. Rather than spending most of the day on formal project documentation or waiting for scheduled meetings, the role centers on maintaining momentum, tracking what is being worked on, identifying what needs attention, and following through on outstanding items.

What You Will Be Doing

In this position, you will serve as a key support partner for implementation work and project follow-through. The role requires someone who can keep moving parts organized, close out open tasks, and ensure day-to-day progress across multiple initiatives.

• Support implementation efforts, follow-ups, and final project details across a variety of assignments that may change from week to week.
• Take initiative to identify open items, action points, and unresolved tasks, then drive them to completion.
• Keep a clear handle on current priorities and answer the daily question of what needs to be worked on, chased down, or followed up today.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with stakeholders across the organization to maintain forward movement.
• Stay ahead of potential issues by anticipating needs before they are explicitly raised.
• Work closely with the CIO during in-office weeks and align with his pace and priorities.
