About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage client projects on a part-time, remote basis. This position involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with diverse teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Liaise with internal departments and external clients to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
Track project status regularly, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
Create and deliver comprehensive project reports to clients and leadership.
Maintain adherence to organizational processes and industry best practices throughout all project phases.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience managing projects, ideally within technology or consulting sectors.
Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Experience collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders spanning various time zones.
