Job Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing scope, budget, and timelines effectively. This leadership role demands coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Drive project execution by managing deliverables to maintain quality standards.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and apply mitigation measures.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate communication among all involved parties.
• Compile and distribute regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational protocols, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience overseeing medium to large-scale IT or software projects.
• Deep familiarity with project management approaches including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities.
