Project Manager (m/w/d)

Role Overview

In the capacity of Project Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate projects within a regulated setting. You will ensure adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards while acting as a pivotal liaison amongst all relevant departments. This role involves close interdisciplinary collaboration, advancing process improvements and project management standards, and managing strategically significant initiatives. The role is part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, with a fixed term contract lasting until December 31, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing project plans including milestones and deliverables.
• Ensuring projects meet set timeframes, budgets, and quality objectives, alongside preparing detailed status updates.
• Identifying risks and implementing suitable mitigation measures.
• Coordinating cooperation between internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Maintaining efficient information flow and facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators and driving continuous process optimization.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Building and sustaining a relevant network of stakeholders, enabling proactive communication with internal and external parties.
• Delivering project results and preparing decision-making materials for presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in natural sciences or economics.
• Several years of project management experience, preferably within regulated industries.
• Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
• Proven expertise in interdisciplinary teamwork and confident stakeholder management.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to projects.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English languages.
• Strong communication skills combined with a methodical and analytical approach to work.
• Self-driven, responsible, and a collaborative team contributor.
