Project Manager - Construction

Overview

The Project Manager at Shantha Ventures will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of both residential and commercial construction projects, guiding them from initial planning through to final handover. This position demands strong leadership qualities, technical construction knowledge, and a commitment to delivering projects punctually, within budget, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing comprehensive project plans including schedules and optimal allocation of resources to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engaging and collaborating effectively with all stakeholders such as architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to guarantee alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Tracking project progress by monitoring key milestones, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, and instituting corrective actions whenever necessary.
• Performing frequent site inspections to oversee construction operations, ensuring they adhere strictly to approved plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Reviewing contractor invoices, evaluating work progress, and analyzing cost reports to maintain project financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Leading project meetings, resolving issues proactively, and keeping management and clients regularly informed through progress reports.

Educational Qualifications

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary range between 35000 and 50000 INR.
