Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee projects within both membership and bespoke consultancy streams, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
Collaborate closely with senior teams to guarantee smooth execution of all projects.
Lead and execute participant recruitment strategies, including screening design, vendor management, onboarding, and accurate casting for complex qualitative briefs such as focus groups, ethnographies, and online communities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, delivery roadmaps, and international logistics before and during project execution.
Monitor project budgets, analyze spending, and proactively identify and communicate potential risks including scope creep.
Maintain daily communication with internal teams to ensure transparent updates, prioritized tasks, and alignment of delivery expectations.
Contribute to process improvements enhancing efficiency and consistency across project deliveries.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple intricate projects simultaneously, maintaining structure, and preventing oversights. Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence are essential, as you will engage with senior clients and internal leadership with clarity and calmness, even under pressure. You should be solution-oriented, displaying resilience and steady decision-making in dynamic situations.

Essential Requirements

Between 3 to 5 years of project or account management experience in a fast-paced agency, strategic research consultancy, casting agency, or client-side insights environment.
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle qualitative fieldwork and participant recruitment across diverse methodologies including mobile ethnographies, online communities, in-person and virtual focus groups.
Strong financial literacy with proven ability to monitor budgets and mitigate financial risks effectively.
Proficient in managing relationships with senior clients and cooperating with internal senior leadership teams.
Experience with financial services clients is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
Keen interest in exploring varied markets, cultures, and qualitative research techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments.
Self-driven with a proactive mindset.

Project Manager
