Role Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and oversee construction operations for building projects across the UAE. This position entails supervising site execution, ensuring alignment with project scopes and standards, liaising with various stakeholders, and contributing to the timely completion of projects while upholding stringent quality and safety protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth coordination on-site.
• Track project progress closely to maintain adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze and verify drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and related technical submissions.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and government requirements.
• Address and resolve technical challenges and assist in thorough project documentation and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering field.
• At least five years of experience working within the UAE construction sector for a main contractor.
• In-depth understanding of UAE construction methodologies and local authority guidelines.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, along with other project management software tools.
• Strong communication and team coordination capabilities.
• Mandatory registration as a Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer.
