About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to provide essential support in delivering a portfolio of strategic business and technology projects. This position works in close partnership with the Program Manager, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and senior stakeholders to ensure project governance is upheld, activities are coordinated effectively across various workstreams, and reporting remains timely and accurate. The opportunity is well suited for candidates who excel at maintaining structure, driving follow-up actions, and managing complex programs efficiently. Prior experience in the Insurance sector will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily administrative and coordination support across several projects and programs.
  • Handle scheduling for calendars, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums for delivery leadership teams.
  • Organise agendas, take meeting minutes, document actions and decisions, and monitor follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, milestones, and dependencies, utilizing Microsoft Project and Monday.com tools.
  • Oversee and manage risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies (RAIDD) across programs.
  • Create and update executive reports, project status documents, dashboards, and Steering Committee presentations.
  • Develop high-quality presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Support governance functions including Change Advisory Boards (CAB), Steering Committees (SteerCos), prioritisation forums, and project review sessions.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation and artefacts are accurate, current, and centrally accessible.
  • Assist Project and Program Managers with planning, resource coordination, and project tracking activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or Project Administrator.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficient at managing meetings, minute-taking, and tracking actions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentation materials.
  • Familiarity with project delivery frameworks, governance processes, and PMO environments.
