About the Role
Join Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited as a Project Co-ordinator and help steer a variety of projects that influence the future of farming practices. This fixed-term position lasts for six months and includes flexible working options such as working from home.
Key Responsibilities
In this role within the Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to manage diverse projects ranging from farm system adjustments and land usage initiatives to business process enhancements and technology rollouts, notably including the Halter system and integrated future farms projects. Your duties will include supporting project planning activities, coordinating meetings, updating Microsoft Planner, monitoring action items, producing straightforward project status updates, and ensuring progress remains on schedule.
Collaboration and Work Environment
You will be working closely with Project Managers, the Head of Transformation, internal teams across Pāmu, and external partners. Maintaining communication flow, tracking commitments, and ensuring team alignment on deliverables are central to your success. You can choose to work either remotely from home or onsite at the Wellington office, depending on what best suits the tasks at hand.

Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have previous experience in coordination, administration, project support, or similar roles. You should be naturally organized, enjoy working collaboratively, and possess strong skills in managing project workflows. Key qualities and experiences include:
- Past coordination experience, preferably in a change or project environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Planner tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
- Capability to follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Desirable but not required: familiarity with Agile methodologies

Terms and Conditions
