About the Role
We are seeking a Program Officer to lead the design and implementation of community outreach initiatives that directly support the objectives of our NGO. This position is based in Goa and focuses on driving impactful and culturally sensitive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of community intervention programs ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Health, or Public Administration.
- Expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks to track program success and outcomes.
- Advanced skills in grant writing and producing detailed reports.
- Strong cultural competency to effectively engage with diverse populations.
Compensation & Location
The monthly salary ranges between INR 22,000 to INR 25,000. The role is based onsite in Goa.
