About Involve

Involve was founded in 2018 by two IIT Madras graduates who chose to pursue impactful educational initiatives rather than corporate placements. Role Overview

The Program Lead will spearhead government partnerships and oversee the implementation of Student Agency programs throughout Bihar, emphasizing three districts: Bhagalpur, Banka, and Vaishali. This leadership position involves program planning, execution, monitoring, relationship management with governmental and civil society stakeholders, and continuous program evaluation to ensure effective scale-up and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with the Department of Education, State Council of Education Research and Training, and Bihar Education Project Council through comprehensive reporting and collaborative action planning.
  • Advocate for program priorities within state educational forums and influence relevant policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with CSOs to address school-level needs collectively and strengthen student outcomes.
  • Document program progress, challenges, and operational gaps to support informed decision-making and transparent reporting.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback including from BACs, teachers, and CACs to drive continuous program refinement.
