Job Overview
Digital Bridge International is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and streamline various facets of its AI Undergraduate Program. The position requires overseeing academic operations, coordinating faculty and student activities, facilitating industry involvement, and ensuring compliance with university procedures for smooth program execution.
Eligibility
Candidates should possess an M.E./M.Tech degree with one to two years of pertinent industry experience, or a B.E./B.Tech degree with over four years of relevant industry experience.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Experience in academic coordination, project management, or higher education settings is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Workspace, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate academic as well as administrative functions of the program.
- Assist in curriculum implementation and promote active student participation.
- Arrange workshops, sessions with industry experts, internships, and placement activities.
- Maintain and update academic documentation and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with faculty members, students, and university partners to ensure alignment.
