Professional Cook (m/w/d)

Role Overview

Join Rolls-Royce Power Systems as a Cook where you will be independently preparing meals, assisting in menu development, applying and documenting HACCP standards, guiding team members, and managing responsibility for specific outlets. Key duties also include monitoring goods upon receipt and ensuring food production during service.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare high-quality meals.
• Assist in the creation of meal plans.
• Implement and record adherence to HACCP food safety standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to kitchen team members.
• Take ownership of specific food service outlets.
• Perform incoming goods inspections and maintain related documentation.
• Ensure continuous production during meal service periods.

Required Qualifications

• Completed formal vocational training as a cook (IHK certified).
• Additional certifications desirable, such as diet cook, AEVO, or master craftsman qualifications.
• Experience in communal catering is advantageous.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to take on responsibility.
• Strong focus on quality standards.
