Role Overview

We are seeking two motivated Production Technicians to support our Sydney operations. This full-time role offers the chance to engage with a variety of events, contributing significantly to outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Apply technical expertise in live event production settings.
• Operate and maintain video production tools including projection systems, LED displays, media servers, camera rigs, virtual event platforms, and live video systems.
• Utilize lighting and audio production equipment effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic event environments.
• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions and teamwork scenarios.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years' experience as a Production Technician or in a similar live event production role.
• Strong familiarity with video, lighting, and audio production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly during events.
• Flexible approach to working hours, understanding the demands of the events industry.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Salary: Between 80000 and 85000 AUD annually.
