Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our mining plant located in the West. This role involves leading daily plant operations, managing personnel, and coordinating logistics.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of NATIN certification or an equivalent educational qualification.
- At least three years of experience in production processes.
- Familiarity with bricklaying and drying machinery to effectively oversee production activities.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Basic understanding of mechanics and electrical engineering principles.
- Recommended knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 22000 and HACCP.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing daily plant operations.
- Overseeing plant operators and employee groups each day.
- Organizing delivery schedules and transportation logistics.
