About the Role

Join the dynamic team at Kinisla Cheestrings in Charleville, Cork, as a Production Stream Team Member. This permanent full-time position operates on a 4-cycle shift schedule, alternating between two day shifts and two night shifts. Your role will be versatile, with assignment opportunities across various site sections depending on your skills and training. Previous experience in production, warehouse, forklift operations, line work, or machinery operation is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team environment across multiple production areas.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report issues arising during production.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or foreign objects; verify batch numbers and shelf life.
• Conduct and document quality control checks and perform product sampling before, during, and after production cycles.
• Execute additional tasks as required to maintain smooth product flow on the line.
