Production Manager - Aluminium Formwork Manufacturing

About the Role

Team ASK Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead the manufacturing process of Aluminium formwork systems, including Aluform, Aluframe, and customized formworks. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra (Katraj) and involves planning and supervising production to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production operations.
• Supervise manufacturing of Aluform, Aluframe, and custom formwork systems.
• Manage staff allocation, machine use, and production planning effectively.
• Ensure products meet quality standards aligned with engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with Design, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor raw material availability and ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain shop-floor safety practices and discipline rigorously.
• Minimize production waste and enhance productivity indices.
• Ensure punctual dispatch of finished goods.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with aluminium fabrication, formwork, steel fabrication or related engineering manufacturing is highly desirable.

Skills Needed

• Expertise in production planning and scheduling.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Quality control and assurance knowledge.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and ERP software preferable.
• Competence in inventory management and communication.
