Overview
We are seeking a strategic and customer-oriented Product Manager to oversee the journey of innovative products from initial concept through launch and ongoing enhancement. This role involves defining the product vision, setting priorities for the roadmap, capturing customer insights, and coordinating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to deliver products that provide exceptional value to customers while driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competing product information to identify new opportunities.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on their value to the business and customers.
- Engage closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success through all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.
- Lead product planning sessions, sprint reviews, backlog prioritization, and release scheduling efforts.
- Track product performance metrics such as usage, customer engagement, and other key performance indicators.
- Leverage product analytics and user behavior insights to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales during product launches to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
- Manage communication with stakeholders to update on progress, milestones, and recommendations.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in product quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market changes to maintain the competitiveness of the products.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of product management, product lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in product development settings.
- Knowledgeable of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks.
- Proficient with product management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Solid grasp of user experience principles, customer-focused design, and data-driven product decisions.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen to balance customer value with business goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
