Position Overview

The Product Design team at Seismic consists of diverse, collaborative professionals focused on creating empathetic, data-driven software designs. The role seeks an experienced Product Designer to craft compelling user experiences aiding users in creating, discovering, and interacting with sales content on the Seismic platform. The designer will apply creative vision and aesthetic principles primarily to interaction design and new design patterns, without a full product redesign scope.

Candidate Profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work.
• Over five years of UX/UI experience within an in-house team setting.
• More than five years designing enterprise software solutions.
• Deep passion for user-centered design that results in products that inspire and captivate users.
• Proficient with diverse qualitative and quantitative research methodologies aligned with Design Thinking frameworks.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Keen intuition and dedication to detailed interaction design.
• Knowledge of agile product development processes.
• Skilled at producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
• An eye for strong visual design.
• Effective at prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Experience designing AI-based solutions is considered advantageous.
• Curious and passionate about UX, focused on making products intuitive and engaging.
• Committed to thorough investigation of design decisions and their rationale.
• Belief in continuous incremental enhancements to build exceptional products.
• Exceptional communication skills and empathy for effective collaboration across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer insights and translate them into superior user experiences.
• Lead ideation and iterative design using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create elegant solutions addressing complex workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and executives to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Communicate detailed scenarios, interaction models, and designs to stakeholders.
• Manage features and products throughout their lifecycle including research, analysis, usability testing, and launch.
• Incorporate UX research and design seamlessly into an agile development environment.
• Maintain an interface that is both visually appealing and user-friendly.
