Role Overview

The Product Analyst will focus on analysing and enhancing the performance of Bridge, ApTap’s interface layer product that enables brands to launch embedded experiences inside banking apps. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams from product, data, and engineering to optimize user funnels related to utilities switching, insurance, ecommerce, rewards, and competitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize conversion metrics across all Bridge product funnels.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities using customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility as criteria.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into product performance.
  • Serve as the primary source of product-related data insights for the Bridge team.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional squad, contributing data-driven insights to team planning.
  • Promote best analytical practices and a culture of accountability and continual improvement.
  • Engage with partners, brands, and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation to enhance funnel effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis, insight generation, and identify integration opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience
