Product Advisor

About the Role

Apollo Pharmacy in Hyderabad is seeking a Product Advisor to assist customers with nutrition and health supplements. This role involves providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and maintaining the appearance and inventory of the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote nutritional and health supplement products actively to customers.
• Welcome customers warmly and courteously to ensure a positive shopping environment.
• Consistently maintain politeness and friendliness to uphold superior customer service standards.
• Efficiently serve customers on the shop floor ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep the shop floor and shelves clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Arrange and display products effectively to encourage sales.
• Replenish stock continually on the shop floor to ensure full product availability.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products accordingly.
• Assist customers with trying supplement samples and provide nutritional information to aid their buying decisions.
• Stay informed about ongoing sales, promotions, payment policies, exchange guidelines, and security procedures to ensure compliance.
• Identify and prevent potential security threats including thefts to reduce losses.
• Calculate sales prices, total purchases, and handle cash or credit payments courteously and correctly when required.
• Open and close cash registers, count money, and organize charge slips, coupons, and vouchers accurately as per needs.
