• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature monitoring and compliance with sell-by and expiration dates.
• Effectively stock and replenish merchandise, apply protective measures to products as required, and arrange display fixtures to keep produce sections fully stocked.
• Follow health and safety policies rigorously to ensure a safe and clean workplace environment.
• Demonstrate schedule flexibility by being available for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support store operations smoothly.

Challenges and Physical Requirements

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, while maintaining focus and energy.
• Perform physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting inventory and supplies up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Carry out repetitive activities such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with precision for consistent store quality.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this role is $18.70.
