Job Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Executive specialized in corporate gifting to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role requires handling the sourcing, quotation, and vendor management processes to ensure timely procurement aligned with internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source products, liaising with various vendors.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations by comparing costs and benefits.
- Monitor order processing and track delivery schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor interactions.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Any bachelor's degree is acceptable.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to one year of experience in corporate gifting is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational capabilities with an emphasis on coordination and persistent follow-up.
Additional Details
This opportunity offers a monthly salary ranging between 15000 to 20000 INR. Candidates applying should be prepared to work onsite in Bengaluru.
