Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai for a PRO focused on RERA-related work. The role covers end-to-end handling of Real Estate Regulatory Agency and connected government processes, including preparing, filing, and monitoring documents for property registrations, approvals, and renewals.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients, make visits to relevant government and regulatory departments, ensure submissions comply with current UAE real estate rules, and keep precise records of all transactions. The position also requires managing timelines, following up on cases, resolving procedural hurdles, and keeping stakeholders updated on rule changes and recommended process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and monitor RERA and other related government documentation.
- Handle property registration, approval, and renewal workflows from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to complete required actions on time.
- Visit government and regulatory offices as needed to progress cases.
- Ensure all filings align with current UAE real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Track deadlines, manage timelines, and follow up regularly on pending submissions.
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay approvals or registrations.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed about regulatory updates and process changes.
- Advise on practical best practices for RERA-related procedures.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of RERA rules, UAE property laws, and government procedures tied to real estate compliance.
- Prior experience as a PRO, government liaison, or in regulatory affairs in the UAE, preferably within real estate or property services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with clients, government officials, and internal teams.
- Excellent organization and time management, with close attention to detail in documentation and record tracking.
- Comfort using office applications and digital tools for document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other widely used UAE languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site while managing multiple cases and adapting to changing regulations.
- Educational background in business administration, law, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
